Hi. I’m Amy. I am a certified holistic health coach with over 5 years of coaching experience and over a decade involved in the health care industry. Working with dozens of one-on-one clients in addition to group programs, I have seen people’s lives dramatically changed by making simple, sustainable changes.
Having struggled with my own health issues, including injuries sustained while striving for better fitness, I know how challenging it can be to stay on track. I know what it’s like to feel run down, stressed out, like you can’t keep up with the to-do list. And I know how easy it is to lose track of your own goals. That’s why I created this workshop, to lay out the basics that we each need to reach our health goals while staying sane and feeling good through the process.
