I’m not kidding.
As I told Reggie Mace today when I unexpectedly ran into him at Lost Boardroom, this is what I love about the wine industry right now. If you read the post – instead of going straight to the poll for the “Most Handsome Iberian Winemaker” – you’ll see that the creator,Wine Scamp, is bright, articulate, and… funny! There is a full awareness of the socio-political implications of such a poll. And she’s doing it anyway.
The wine world is starting to lighten up. Thank God!
I appreciate beauty. Isn’t that part of what this winemaking, wine buying, wine drinking thing is all about? Enjoying the beauty of life? I’d like to think so.
